Kincell Bio and Cellipont Bioservices have completed their merger to form Kincellis Advanced Therapies, a U.S.-based contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) focused on cell therapies and other advanced modalities.
Capabilities and Manufacturing Network
Kincellis combines Kincell’s work in immune-cell technologies with Cellipont’s experience across stem cells, induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), dendritic cells, exosomes and messenger RNA (mRNA)-enabled approaches. The company supports autologous (sourced from the patient) and allogeneic (donor derived) therapies from early development through commercial supply.
Its listed capabilities include:
- CAR-T and CAR-NK therapies
- Tregs
- Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs)
- Dendritic cell vaccines
- Exosomes
- Induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs)
- Synthetic mRNA
The two companies have released more than 150 GMP batches for clients and are supporting 10 IND filings in 2026.
Kincellis operates approximately 140,000 square feet of development and manufacturing infrastructure across Gainesville, Florida; Research Triangle Park, North Carolina; and The Woodlands, Texas. The network includes 16 operational, qualified GMP manufacturing suites supporting early development, clinical manufacturing, pivotal programs and commercial supply.
The three-site network allows programs to be aligned with technical teams and manufacturing capabilities based on their development stage and supply requirements.
Leadership and Integration
Darren Head serves as CEO of Kincellis Advanced Therapies.

The operations team includes leaders from both organizations and more than 200 team members. It will be led by Larry Pitcher, President of Kincellis Advanced Therapies.
