Nurexone Biologic, an Israeli regenerative startup, has developed a promising biologic for nerve repair called ExoPTEN.
It’s a mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosome therapy loaded with siRNA, and it’s shown promising results in preclinical studies. The therapy received Orphan Drug Designation from the FDA in 2023 and is hoping to move to Phase 1 in 2026.
